Scale of Pay :
- PB-1 Rs. 5200-20200 + GP Rs.2400/-
Age Limit :
- 18-25 years(As on 15/11/2012)
Educational Qualification :
- 1] Pass in Senior Secondary School Certificate (10+2) examination or Intermediate Or equivalent examination from a Recognized board/University
or
Matriculation from a recognized board with three years Diploma in Secretarial Practice or Modern Office Practice or Commercial Practice from a recognized Board of Technical Education.
- 2] Typing speed for General & OBC Category candidates: A minimum speed of 30 words per minute in English Tying or 25 words per minute in Hindi Typing on computer.
Typing speed for Scheduled Caste and Scheduled Tribe category candidates: A minimum speed of 25 words per minutes in English Typing or 20 words per minute in Hindi Typing.
- 3] Should have basic knowledge in Computer application.
Application Fee :
Application fee will be Rs. 50/- for candidates belonging to General and OBC categories in favour of the authorities as defined in the detailed advt. No fee will be charged from SC/ST/Ex-Servicemen.

- The closing date for receipt of applications for the candidates from North-Eastern States, Sikkim, Pangi Sub-Division of Chamba, Lahaul & Spiti and Kinnaur Districts of Himachal Pradesh, Ladakh Division, Kashmir of J&K State and the Union Territories of Andaman and Nicobar Islands and the Lakshadweep will be 22-11-2012.
