Indian Navy is inviting applications from male Indian citizens for Enrolment as Sailors for Sailor - Senior Secondary Recruits (SSR) - 2/2013 Batch Course Commencing August 2013.Candidates who have qualified 10+2 with compulsory subjects Maths, and Physics, may apply online for recruitment through Indian Navy official website.Indian Navy SSR Recruitment 2013:
Age Limit : 01 August 1992 to 31 July 1996; both dates inclusive
Qualifications Required : Intermediate with compulsory subjects Maths, and Physics, optional subjects Chemistry/ Biology/ Computers science.
Salary : During the initial training period they will be paid Rs.5700/-PM, on completion of initial training they will be posted in the regular pay scale of Rs.5200-20200 plus Grade Pay Rs.2000/- plus MSP Rs.2000/- plus allowances as admissible.
Selection Criteria : Selection of recruits is based on the order of merit on their performance in Written Test, Physical Fitness Test (PFT) and fitness in the Medical Examinations.
