The last post that i have written in this interview column is : " Tell me About Yourself  " which is the very first question asked by  a interviewer to the interviewee. Now here in this post am going to tell you about how to respond to the  Interview Question  " Why Should I hire you ".  Regarding this question people have posted their different answers on various educational and interview web sites .Here we also posted best two answers  regarding Question "Why should i hire You" .

• As a fresher I have no practical experience, but I assure you that I will work sincerely to achieve the goals of my organization. I always keep two things in mind being perfect in my work and to try my level best at any cost to complete the work. Thank you.


• Sir, even though I am a fresher, the vacancy present in your company is best fit for me. I have good sound of knowledge to theory related to this job. So, If you give me an opportunity I will prove my self to by putting 100% efforts in this job and do the best. I can work at any stressful conditions and believe in continuous learning and I enjoy the job which leads to self satisfaction for me.

Example : Myself meena and i hail from dehradun.

After wishing good morning and telling your name use any one  line from the lines given below :

Talk  about Qualification/ academics :

• I did my schooling from XYZ . I have done my graduation from XYZ university.

Talk about family Members :

I have 4 member . my Mother is homemaker , father is government employee and i have one elder brother who is professor in XYZ University.

Talk about  strength and weakness:

Many things you can add in your strengths like : Hard worker , positive thinker , team player and self motivated person.

Example :

• I am a Hard worker , positive thinker , team player and  an honest and self motivated person.


• I am reliable and have ability to enhance the new skills and interest to learning new technology.

Now you have to tell about your weakness be smart while you speak about your weakness because if you will speak too much on you weakness then there will be a negative impression on interviewer mind.So Now the question arise what to say on weakness :

Example :

• My weakness is that i trust people easily .


• I am short tempered person and always emotional to my family.

Now star telling about your career objective :

My career objective is, To work in an organization with a professional work driven environment where I can gain experience as well as utilize and apply my knowledge and skills which would enable me as a fresh graduate to grow while fulfilling organizational goals.

In the end Talk about your Short term and Long term goal :

• My short term goal is to develop my knowledge and skill.


• My long term goal is to hold a high designation in a company and to fulfill my family commitments.
