Job Interview --- ??? Really a very big issue among those who wanna do job in BPOs , bank or any other  private organisations. Why ??

Lack of Confidence , lack of communication skills , too much hesitation . So  how to communicate effectively in a job interview. Its not a big deal to crack a job interview.The very first question that the interviewer will ask a interviewee is that tell me about yourself ? Now its up to you how you reply. Many ways are there to give reply of this question .

Tell Me About YourSelf ?

Start by Saying Good Morning Sir / Madam. Then Your name :

MySelf John I belong to or I hail from XYZ place.

Example : Myself meena and i hail from dehradun.

After wishing good morning and telling your name use any one  line from the lines given below :

• I am very happy to introduce myself in front of you.


• First of all, I would like to thank you for giving me this opportunity. It's my great pleasure to introduce myself.

Talk  about Qualification/ academics :

• Coming To my Educational Qualification :


• I did my schooling from XYZ . I have done my graduation from XYZ university.

Talk about family Members :

I have 4 member . my Mother is homemaker , father is government employee and i have one elder brother who is professor in XYZ University.

Talk about  strength and weakness:

Many things you can add in your strengths like : Hard worker , positive thinker , team player and self motivated person.

Example :

• I am a Hard worker , positive thinker , team player and  an honest and self motivated person.


• I am reliable and have ability to enhance the new skills and interest to learning new technology.

Now you have to tell about your weakness be smart while you speak about your weakness because if you will speak too much on you weakness then there will be a negative impression on interviewer mind.So Now the question arise what to say on weakness :

Example :

• My weakness is that i trust people easily .


• I am short tempered person and always emotional to my family.

Now star telling about your career objective :

My career objective is, To work in an organization with a professional work driven environment where I can gain experience as well as utilize and apply my knowledge and skills which would enable me as a fresh graduate to grow while fulfilling organizational goals.

In the end Talk about your Short term and Long term goal :

• My short term goal is to develop my knowledge and skill.


• My long term goal is to hold a high designation in a company and to fulfill my family commitments.

In the end just say That's all about me !!
