State Bank of India- changes in recruitment in clerical cadre Associate Banks :State Bank of India has published a notification regarding changes in recruitment in clerical cadre Associate Banks. The decision has been made to club the vacancies of all Associate Banks state-wise.
Candidates, who have registered for one bank and one state, will now be considered against vacancies of all the Associate Banks taken together for a particular state. The candidate's qualifying for interview will be given the option to mention their preferences of Banks prior to interview.
Earlier candidates could only apply for vacancies in one bank and one state and will have to appear for the test from an examination centre for that particular state only.
There are a total of 6,425 posts vacant in various associate banks clerical recruitment.
State Bank of Mysore- 725
State Bank of Patiala-1,200
State Bank of Travancore-1,300
State Bank of Bikaner & Jaipur-1,000
State Bank of Hyderabad-2,200
